Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a leading contractor that specialise in Social Housing works that are looking to recruit a Supervisor.

As a supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the sub-contractors and director labour undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme, you must have a background in Social Housing, Refurbishment and Repairs.

To be considered for this position you must hold the following certification/experience:

* Experience as a Site / Project Manager

* Experience working in Social Housing , Refurbishment and Repairs

* NVQ LVL 3 or above

* Asbestos awareness

* SSSTS

* Good Management skills

* Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
