Tenant liaison officer

Liverpool



We are looking for an experienced Tenant liaison officer on a temporary basis working for a large social housing contractor Liverpool area.

The scheme you will be working on is planned refurbishment works and you will be required for pre entries and liasing with clients and tenants on forth coming work.

The client is looking for a candidate that has good communication skills with tenants and liaising with other work colleagues.

Skill required

* To monitor specific cases that are undertaken by contractors to make sure they are performing to timescales set.
* Report writing
* Attention to detail
* Work within guidelines
* Good communication skills

* Confident in speaking with public and management

This is a 3 month contract with the look to be extended based on performance.

Salary up to £24,000. Must have full clean driving license
