Responsive Supervisor

Job Description

A Northwest based contractor is searching for a Responsive Supervisor to join their repairs and maintenance team in the Merseyside area

Our client is a maintenance specialist who believe in looking after their customers and staff, proving support, and encouraging growth across the business.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs in the local area. You will be the lead on all activities carried out for the contract, ensuring targets are met while providing high quality service.

Duties include:

* Monitor and manage the process of the project, including leading the team of operatives
* Ensure the turnaround of repairs meet expected timelines
* Delivering repairs to a high quality
* Oversee the health and safety of all work completed
* Site inspections- ensure high quality of work is consistent
* Develop and monitor performance, ensuring continual improvements in customer satisfaction

Essential criteria:

* Must have experience within construction, ideally responsive repairs
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and make decisions
* Full UK driving license
