We are currently looking for a number of experienced sales professionals to join a growing insurance organisation. The role will consist of assisting the company with their growth plans, utilizing both new and existing clients and establishing relationships. There will be an opportunity to build relationships with a number of different types of organisations including Developers, Architects and House Builders. For this reason, the role would suit a dynamic individual who are used to dealing with different people every day.

The company have become an established, reputable insurance provider over the past few years, flourishing in a market that they have a lot of experience in. They are situated on one of Warrington's business parks, in a well-furnished office with multiple amenities nearby. There is a fantastic atmosphere in the office and a real team mentality, they often attend team building events. As the organization are still growing, there are a wealth of opportunities for career development.

The ideal candidate will have a sales background and ideally will have a background in insurance sales. It would also be preferred that the candidate will have experience working in an organization who are regulated by the FCA.

The salary will be around £25k with uncapped commission and a very realistic opportunity to earn around £50,000-£60,000 P/A, top individuals in this field can earn much more than this conservative figure.
