An excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a strongly established, multidisciplinary practice in their Oldham office.

My client are a practice with a very close-knit work environment and a reputation as true experts in their various disciplines. They work on significant value projects across the UK covering a range of sectors, but with a particular focus on large-scale Residential projects.

This Senior Architectural Technician role offers the opportunity to establish yourself as a leader, running your own projects and taking them from conception through to delivery whilst coordinating work of junior staff. You will be leading the company's largest value projects from the outset, producing outstanding technical drawings on either Revit or AutoCAD and delivering complex planning applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive job running experience, along with a background working in the Residential sector, allowing them to hit the ground running when starting work on major projects. You will need to have strong experience in conducting feasibility studies and an excellent knowledge of UK building regulations. It is vital that you are extremely strong on either Revit or AutoCAD and are able to lead projects using one of these software. You will be an excellent communicator, maintaining effective dialogue with clients and your team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to cost.

This role represents a great chance for a Senior Technician to continue their career progression and comes with a salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience.
