Growing National Building Surveying Consultancy currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor in their Manchester head office.

My client are a niche Building Surveying Consultancy who specialize in Professional Services. They conduct a range of work for a diverse list of clients.

The organization are market-leaders in their field, with a fantastic reputation for their quality. Their team consist of an experienced group of experts with a number of graduates looking to begin their career in the best possible way.

As a team, they are involved in the following disciplines:

* Project Work
* Contract Admin
* Pre-Acquisition
* Party Wall
* Due Diligence
* Project Monitoring

They are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor with a range of experience in both Projects and Professional work. The individual will have an opportunity to get involved in training graduates & business development if they wish.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified.

The salary on offer will be in the range of £40k - £50k depending on your level of experience.
