National Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) in their Leeds office.

My client are a well-known Consultancy with an enviable client base who are looking to bring in talented Quantity Surveyors in their growing Leeds office.

The organisation are a growing, industry leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy with a range of large projects on going in the UK. They mainly work in the Healthcare, Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. They have a growing team with a number of exceptional senior personnel ensuring the training scheme for less experienced employees is as thorough as possible. Their APC candidates have an enviable track record with passing their APC first time.

They require Quantity Surveyors / Senior Quantity Surveyors, ideally MRICS qualified. They are looking for candidates with experience in the Commercial Sector (Office, Retail, and Hotel) or Public Sector (Education, Healthcare and Residential).

They have recently won a number of large commissions that will allow their growth to continue over the next couple of years. For this reason they have decided to invest in their staff to ensure that their team continues to perform for their clients.

The salary will be negotiable but will be at around the £50,000 to £55,000 level.
