Senior Quantity Surveyor - House Builder

Job Description

I'm exclusively working with a house builder based in Preston recruiting a Senior QS to join their team.

You will have a distinct advantage against other candidates having experience working for a house builder.

The salary banding they've given me is £50K to £55K basic plus a car allowance but they insisted for the right person they would be prepared to up this.

They are looking for someone experienced in the following areas:

* Site Measurement
* Drawing Take Off's
* Valuation Completion
* Checking Drawings against Budgets
* Liaising with Clients and Sub Contractors
* Sending out Sub-Contract Enquiry Packages
* Sub-Contract Comparisons
* Collating info for CVR reports

You will be working alongside other senior surveyors and operational staff with years of industry experience, exposing you to on the job training, with great opportunities to progress up the ranks.
