Building Careers UK are working in partnership with specialist Quantity Surveying practise Construction Q, assisting with the recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

Construction Q are a privately owned Quantity Surveying practise working on schemes from £100,000 to £50m. Based in Bramhall, they provide a quality service to a range of clients across the North West. Established in 2010, the business has grown to a successful consultancy.

The organisation has a fun & family feel with a mixture of experience levels in the office. A key component of their teamwork is that everyone in the organisation share parts of the workload around ensuring that everyone is exposed to as many disciplines as possible. They operate a flexible system of work with an emphasis on "Work-life balance" allowing them to start and finish work at the best times for their personal circumstances to ensure that they miss the usual traffic.

The office is located in an extremely nice area of Bramhall with a range of local amenities & transport links that allow you to avoid the hustle-and-bustle of the city.

Currently, they are working on a range of projects including one very interesting high-profile project that has recently started. They work with a range of Developers, Architects & Consultants on projects across all sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential and Commercial. Another interesting role that they are currently working on is a project for a children's charity that they have agreed to complete free of charge - this is a great example of their nature & flexibility.

They require a PQS with a range of experience in different aspects of the job role, ideally someone comfortable with assisting less experienced surveyors.
