Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their office in Nottingham.

My client are a National Consultancy who are specialists in Financial Management and Dispute Resolution, to assist their currently expanding team they require an APC or MRICS Candidate to enable them to keep up with their busy workload. Their main services are Dispute Resolution, Expert Witness, Due Diligence, Capital Allowances and Recovery and Restructuring.

The organisation look after their staff and have an extremely low staff turnover rate. The amount of training both tests and rewards their employees enabling them to achieve each qualification that they strive for. The majority of staff have a financial or law qualification and are MRICS OR FRICS.

They are looking to take on an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor at either APC MRICS level. The role will allow you to work in a traditional PQS way or to diversify into the legal side of Quantity Surveying if this is your desire.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within one or more of the disciplines listed above. They will ideally have a background of Financial Management and evidence of commencement of APC or MRICS status will be required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an expert in Financial Management which is an extremely lucrative market currently.

The salary is extremely competitive and will be based upon experience. It is expected to be £45,000 - £55,000.
