About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Groundwork subcontractor.
This role will involve the usual commercial management duties of packages associated to groundworks. The successful professional will report to the company's commercial director and will be responsible for a high value project.
Individual package values will range from £1 million up to £20 million each.
About the requirements
To be considered for this position, the individual must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar and must have a number of years' worth of experience in this type of role and be comfortable working on large groundwork packages.
This role is suitable for a motivated and dedicated individual who works well as part of a team and is able to adapt to this fast-paced environment.
For this position our client is seeking professionals who are capable of running their own project About the Benefits and Rewards For this permanent position, we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum however specific salary will be defined upon experience and suitability.
