Senior Site Manager

Job Description

My client are a well- established privately owned Contractor who specialise in New Build and refurbishments projects up to £8m. They operate in most areas of construction including Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Leisure.

Due to the award of several new projects they are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager for projects throughout the North West. The first project will be 3 new build Industrial Units in Liverpool

The Site Manager role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion,

Knowledge required:

* Experience of undertaking the full scope of Site Management actives as a Number 1 on site
* Vast knowledge and experience of successfully delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m.
* Ideally from a trade background
* Detailed understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Energetic and enthusiastic approach to working
* Good tenure of employment with previous companies
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
