Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment and currently looking to recruit a Setting out Engineer for a permanent job in the North West area.

They have a number of projects to start in Q1 of 2019 within the North West region a mixture of new build homes and apartments.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Engineer is vital to growth of the organisation.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Working across various sites within Manchester and Cheshire and Merseyside
* Carry out all aspects of engineers, drainage, roads, kerbs
* Looking at section agreements and 278 works
* Signing off drainage with local authorities
* Quality control checks for site works and handover procedures between trades

You will be highly motivated, driven and have experience of 278/section agreements and signing off drainage with local authorities.

Qualification in Engineering and CSCS card are essential.
