Job Description

My client are a well -established Regional Contractor who have an excellent reputation in the North West. The company work extensively within the Health and Education Sectors and a vast majority of their work comes via Framework agreements and Negotiated Contracts. They operate throughout Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire delivering projects from 500k to 15m.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Number 1 Site Manager to deliver new build and refurbishment projects across the North West, ranging in value from 500k to 4m. The Site Manager will need to have previous experience of working within 'live environments' such as schools and hospitals and must also be very client facing and customer focused.

The company are offering a basic salary up to £45000 plus company car or allowance, overtime, 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension and life assurance
