Job Description

A well -established Main contractor who deliver residential new build and refurbishment projects throughout the North West are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager to work on the internal and external refurbishments of high rise flats in the Manchester area.

Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the site through to completion.

Duties will include:

* Set up contract file and H&S documentation such as CPH&SP, Risk assessments, method statements
* Ensure that all quality control, environmental and H&S requirements are met in line with company procedures
* Inspecting properties pre and post works
* Manage Site Staff, Direct Labour and all sub-contractors
* Overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.
* Provide weekly progress reports
* Carry out site audits / inspections and report findings.

The company are looking for high calibre Site Managers with previous experience of delivering high rise and low rise refurbishment projects. Experience of EWI and FRA works is also desirable, along with a valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness.

They will offer a highly attractive salary based on experience up to £45,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package
