Job Description

A long established Construction business based in Greater Manchester are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for a new build affordable housing project in Cheshire consisting of traditional build houses and apartments. The company work across residential, commercial, education and healthcare delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £3m. The Site Manager will require experience of successfully projects across a wide range of sectors including new build social housing.

Duties to include:

* Effectively manage the project from site set up through to completion.
* Supervise all direct staff and sub-contractors to ensure they deliver quality workmanship
* Produce and maintain accurate site records.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
* Resolve issues on site in a timely manner
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with client and supply chain

You will possess strong communication skills, be organised, methodical and have the ability to motivate and influence your team. You must also hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate
