Job Description

A well- established Social Housing Contractor who deliver both internal and external refurbishment projects are currently looking for 2 Site Managers to join their extremely busy team. The company work with several Housing Associations in the region on long term planned maintenance projects and have a strong pipeline of workload secured. They are currently looking to appoint 2 Site Managers on a permanent basis for re-roofing schemes in the Stoke area.

Reporting into a Contracts Manager, the Site Manager role will include:

* Acting as the Client point of contact on site
* Ensure best practices and quality are being maintained
* Manage project staff and all sub-contractors
* To monitor the progress of the project and manage issues as they arise
* Responsible for all health and safety on site
* Carry out site audits / inspections and report findings
* Monitor projects to ensure they have the correct resources to be completed on time and to the required standard
* Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed

Previous experience of delivering planned maintenance projects within the Social Housing sector is essential for this role
