Job Description

A leading public sector contractor specialist is looking for a Site Manger to join their team in Manchester - Permanent role, £38,000 plus benefits.

What do I have to do?

* Monitor and manage the process of the project, including managing the site staff
* Current refurbishments include kitchens, bathrooms, and external work
* Liaise with clients
* Communicate with residents in order to understand their needs
* Oversee the health and safety of all work completed

What skills do I need?

* Experience as a Site manager within the social housing sector
* Self-motivated and be able to use their own initiative
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

This is a permanent position offering £38,000 salary plus a car.
