Job Description

Due to a significant period of growth, an opportunity has arose for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly accredited Construction Group, in the North West. They have an incredibly strong pipeline of work with contracts secured.

Of their existing and live developments, is one such consisting of 160 new build family homes, near to Northwich. The site consists of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom family homes set in the cheshire countryside.

Working alongside an existing Site Manager and reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will oversee final stages towards ompletion of this stunning development, oversee finishing aspects, customer care and final proceedings of the site. Following completion of the site in 6 months future projects will be nearby.

Duties to include:

* Ensuring work is completed to budget, on schedule, and to the required quality
* Overseeing internal final completions, with sub-contractors and labour to ensure CML is achieved with the highest quality finish.
* Working with customers - where relevant - on raised snagging issues
* Managing the site and achieving build programme
* Lead, direct and motivate site team
* Ordering of materials and scheduling trades
* Adhering to Health and Safety standards
