Job Description

Working alongside the regional operation of a national PLC house builder, we're currently looking to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to an ongoing development in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

The site is currently mid construction and consists of open market & new build social housing, totalling in excess of 200 units. Supported by a regularly visiting Contracts Manager and an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you'll be tasked with taking ownership for the ongoing development which is selling well, even during recent tighter economic conditions, and see through to completion in late 2024.

As above, my client are the North West regional operation of a top 10 national PLC Housebuilder. As such they require a vastly experienced Site or Senior Site Manager with extensive experience of volume house building, preferably in excess of 3 figures on multiple previously completed (under your stewardship) developments.

The role of Site Manager, reports to the visiting Contracts Manager and Head of Construction and is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales.

This opportunity presents quick movement on interviews and potential starts, for the most suitable candidate.
