Job Description
Our client is a main contractor operating across various sectors including education, health, student accommodation and housing. They have an immediate requirement for a number two Site Manager / Finishing Manager to work on an exclusive development of executive homes in the Solihull area for circa 16 weeks. You'll be reporting into a Project Manager with responsibilities including;* Overseeing all the finishing trades
* Working through snagging lists ensuring finishes are to a high standard to be handed over to the client.
* Management of trades and labour
* Health and safety
