A respected 5* National house builder with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently in the market for a Site Manager to join their fantastic team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for a Site Manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and who has a positive can do attitude.

Having met with the client I can vouch for the friendliness of the Construction Director and the Contracts Managers. My client has an extremely low staff turnover and there are many opportunities for career progression within the company.

You will need to manage the final 20 houses of an existing site in Preston before starting a brand new site in Blackburn which will consist of 120 traditional build homes for open market sale.

The current site in Preston is an award winning site with minimal customer care issues which is due to complete circa March 2019. My client frequently win NHBC Pride in the Job awards and will be striving for yet another award on their upcoming site in Blackburn.

Candidates will need the necessary skills and capabilities, behavioural attributes along with the knowledge, experience and qualifications to fulfil the role. The essential qualifications include CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and First Aid.
