Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Crewe
Salary: Up to £58k + package

One of the UK's largest house builders are currently in the market for a Site Manager.

This large and profitable national private spec house builder have been established for over 60 years and currently turnover in excess of £40 million. A dominant player within the market place my client's North West region will build in excess of 1000 units this year. As well as a large private spec portfolio my client also has a large and successful new build social housing division.

The vacancy for a Site Manager has emerged due to the growth and expansion of the company. My client has a brand new open market development starting up near Crewe and are looking for a Site Manager who can thrive under pressure.

To be eligible for the role you must have previous and recent experience working for one of the national house builders. You will need to be able to show that you have successfully delivered volume open market developments.

My client is open to negotiation regarding salary in order to secure the right candidate. Depending on experience, you could expect a basic salary of up to £58k. Other benefits Inc. company driven bonus, car (BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C Class. Trade up and down available) or car allowance, pension (contributory), healthcare and 25 days holiday.

Your skills knowledge and experience required include but not limited to:
New build residential experience is essential for the role

Previous experience working for national house builders is preferable

Qualifications and training - essential

CSCS Card at Site Manager Level
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Qualifications and training - desirable

NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
Experience

Trade experience and site experience preferable
Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
Special requirements

Current full UK driving licence
