A bespoke house builder, established over 60 years ago, are currently recruiting for a number one Site Manager to manage a luxury development in Cheshire.

This developer provide high quality homes in the most sought after locations across the North-West. Their portfolio boasts exciting new build developments up to the value of £2m.

You will manage a development of two bespoke houses in Cheshire worth £1m each.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully deliver similar high-end luxury homes to be considered for this role.

My client will offer a competitive basic salary and package to secure the right candidate for the job.
Your skills knowledge and experience required include but not limited to:
New build residential experience is essential for the role
Previous experience working for bespoke house builders is preferable

Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel

Attention to detail
Able to embrace training
Qualifications and training - essential

CSCS Card at Site Manager Level
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Qualifications and training - desirable

NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
Experience

Trade experience and site experience preferable
Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
Special requirements

Current full UK driving licence
