Salary: Circa £50k + package

A well-established house builder requires a permanent Site Manager in Macclesfield / High Peak area.

I am currently looking for a Residential site manager for a brand new site in the High Peak Area, this site consists on 50 - 60 units for open market sale with an aspect of social housing on site.

You will have excellent support from the team on site and be working with long standing sub-contractors on this excellent project.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid and an NVQ Level 6 in Construction is desirable. A Site Managers with a trade's background is also preferable for this role.

There is approximately 18 months on this scheme. Once completed there will be other projects in the Buxton, Macclesfield and Glossop region once this one ends. You will be supported on site by a Project Manager and an Assistant Site Manager.
