Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Bamber Bridge

Salary: Circa £55k + Package

A respected 5* National Homebuilder with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently in the market for a Site Manager to join their fantastic team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for a Site Manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and who has a positive can do attitude.

Having met with the client I can vouch for the friendliness of the Construction Director and the rest of the team. My client has an extremely low staff turnover and there are many opportunities for career progression within the company.

My client is building circa 400 units in the North West this year with plans to expand to 450 units in 2020 and 500+ in 2021.

Candidates will need the necessary skills and capabilities, behavioral attributes along with the knowledge, experience and qualifications to fulfil the role.

Site Manager Duties:

Your skills knowledge and experience required include but not limited to:

New build residential experience is essential for the role

Previous experience working for national house builders is preferable

Qualifications and training - essential

* Enthusiastic
* Meeting deadlines
* Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel
* Ability to motivate and support staff
* Strong communication skills

Qualifications and training - desirable

* Valid First Aid at Work certificate
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* CSCS Card at Site Manager Level

Experience

* Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
* NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar

Special requirements

* Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
* Trade experience and site experience preferable

Current full UK driving licence

Site Manager Skills: * Must have the relevant experience in residential development * Confidence to work unsupervised * Must be self-motivated * A team player * Great people and communication skills. * Keep up to date with industry / Building Regulations, etc. * Passion for quality homebuilding
