Job Description

Are you an Site Manager with a number of years of experience delivering new build family homes; quality ones, at that? Are you tired of working for the big PLC's (or those with the same attitude) who are only focused on units, units, units? Want to work for a company delivering a quality family home, to a high standard, who aren't bashing you for a unit a week?

My client are a family owned house builder with a focus on delivering higher quality family homes. Working throughout Cheshire, North Wales, Merseyside and into Staffordshire they're delivering around 120 units a year across a number of sites, all working at a realistic pace, focusing on quality.

An existing site of theirs in Winsford requires an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee and deliver. Working with a long-standing and well-regarded Assistant Site Manager, you'll have the support required to ensure you can deliver this exclusive development of circa 20 family homes. This isn't a paper-pushing role; my client want you to be hands-on, out on site where and when possible.

You'll report to the visiting Construction Director.

Duties to include:

* Ensuring work is completed to budget, on schedule, and to the required quality
* Managing the site and achieving build programme
* Lead, direct and motivate site team and sub-contractors.
* Ordering of materials and scheduling trades
* Adhering to Health and Safety standards
