Location: North West

Salary: £60k + competitive package benefits

A privately owned and highly reputable national house builder is currently recruiting for Site Managers to join their North-West division on a permanent basis.

My client currently has a total of 7 live sites in the North West and will have a total of 16 live sites by June 2019. They have a total of 1000 employees nationally and build approximately 1800 units per year. Their aim is to get to 80% NHBC and 20% LABC this financial year and are always striving to achieve Pride in the Job awards.

They have a great ethos and strong values within their business that is portrayed through every employee and I have personally witnessed this on site with the quality of employees and the build.

My client has a great management structure and is very forward thinking. They value their employees which was demonstrated during the recession when they retained all of their employees whilst recruiting top end talent. In addition, the company has a very low staff turnover.

At present, the company as a whole have an overall 4* rating, however their North West division has maintained 5 stars.

My client is looking for experienced Site Managers who commit themselves fully to their work. You must have a positive attitude to work, be a team player and have a stable employment background.
