Site ManagerLocation: Liverpool
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Late April / Early May
Our client is a Merseyside based residential developer who predominately deliver new build and refurbishment residential schemes (houses and apartments ranging from 10-20 units).
They have a strong pipeline of work and therefore require a Site Manager to join the team and take responsibility for a new build and part refurbishment consisting of 16 units in Liverpool. Our client offers a salary in the region of £48,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
