Job Description
A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager into their North-West team.This developer's dynamic management team is made up of award winning directors who have many years' experience working for reputable volume house builders. Therefore, the management team is strong, steady and knowledgeable. Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the consistency of the quality of build.
You will manage a new phase of the development which requires 37 units to be built. This contemporary development consists of 3 & 4 bedroom traditional build homes.
My client is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Site Manager with volume housing experience to manage this development. Experience working directly for a national or regional house builder is essential. You must hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications to be eligible for the role. You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering housing schemes.
You will be an ambitious and driven site manager and will take immense pride in the job. My client is looking for an individual who is eager to achieve NHBC awards as well as someone who takes pride in working for the company. You will be able to manage the site effectively, offering effective problem solving solutions and able to find the perfect balance between delivering quantity and quality.
My client will offer the successful candidate a basic salary of up to £55k. Other benefits Inc. discretionary yearly bonus, car allowance, pension (contributory), private health care, gym membership and 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
