Job Description
Our client is an established construction group recruiting for their new build housing division which specialises in affordable and social rented properties for predominately Housing Associations. They have the following short and long-term freelance requirements:* Site Manager / St Helens / Tues 2nd - Fri 19th May / New Build Housing
* Site Manager / Haydock / Thu 4th May until project completion in Sept / New Build affordable housing
Duties & responsibilities will include:
* Managing sub-contractors
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
* Ensuring project runs on schedule and to budget
* Ensure works carried out are to the required standards
