Site Manager - Social Housing

Job Description

Building Careers Uk are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Liverpool for a well established social housing association

You will be responsible for maintaince and repairs on social housing upgrades such , including kitchen and bathrooms

You will need to be able to manager your team of trades to bring in projects on time and on budget and be able to deal with both clients and the general public.

Rate of pay £20-22

This work will be on-going

Qualifications required

* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness

Experience:

* Site Management
* Working in Social Housing
