Team Administrator

My client a leading consultant to the property and construction industry who have portfolios across the UK are looking for a highly motivated and career driven administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wishes to progress within their career and gain knowledge of the construction industry.

The role

You will be based at the head offices based in Manchester city centre where you will be working as part as a team but also individually. The role involves many administration duties which also requires you to be a first point of contact for the company therefore you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all areas off the business and highly professional at all times. You must be able to adapt to working in all areas off the business.

Full administration duties such as emails, enquiries, filing, photocopying, inputting and scanning client information. You will also be responsible for the handover of documents and aftercare with the client therefore being confident and professional is essential at all times. You must be comfortable with report writing, process invoices and obtaining outstanding payments from clients.

A part of this role will also require you to develop relationships with current and upcoming clients and must be comfortable helping with the marketing of the business.

You must be comfortable using Excel, Word, Spreadsheets and processing invoices.

Salary, remuneration and other benefits:

Full time or part time hours with flexibility (full time 37.5 per week)

Salary £22,000 negotiable
