About the role

We are currently recruiting for a talented, Ambitious and highly motivated site manager to join our clients north west based team.

Whilst working in this highly demanding environment, reporting into the Project Manager and working with another Site Manager on site.

* You will be responsible for running day-to-day duties including health and safety and subcontractor meetings whilst playing an integral part of the business.
* When ensuring that the final product is finished to an extremely high quality, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the daily site diary.
* Conducting site inductions
* Arranging weekly progress meetings, Monitoring cost and ensuring all works are on time and target.

Project Details

New build hotel part pre cast concrete and steel frame with a multi storey carpark.



What you need to succeed

* Hotel experience is essential
* Been a successful No2 Site Manager on schemes circa of £30million+
* Trades and Labour background or Degree qualified.
* Good IT skills.
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid.
* You must have excellent people skills as you will be dealing with on-site sub- contractors.
* Clear understanding of deadlines and time management.
* Be forward thinking and pro active
