Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a leading Housing Association that are looking to recruit an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants, residents, leaseholders and Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure the delivery of contracts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1 To provide site based liaison with tenants, residents, leaseholders and stakeholders during Housing Investment Programme works.
2 To liaise with and assist the Site Manager / Site Supervisor on customer related issues throughout the Housing investment programme process.
3 To undertake customer satisfaction surveys in respect of Housing Investment Programme Work schemes and communicate findings in line with organisational requirements / standards.
4 Act as a client liaison between partners, contractors, consultants and tenants during planned works.
5 Arrange, attend and administer tenant, resident, leaseholder and public meetings, site meetings and other appropriate liaison panels and groups.
6 Assist the Site Manager / Site Supervisor to ensure that projects are delivered to programme.
7 To inform / update customers on the progress of all works throughout the programme that has a direct impact on them.
