Development Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering large scale development projects for the Association. You will work as part of the new projects delivery team to identify and manage financial and delivery risks on new schemes, and will adopt the lead project management role at the appropriate stage in the project delivery programme.

You will lead on a range of residential projects, including mixed tenure, residential-led mixed use schemes, whilst also contributing to the successful operation of the regional development team.
