Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Tenant liaison officer on behalf of a well-established social housing contractor

The client is looking for a candidate that has good communication skills with social housing tenants and liaising with other work colleagues. Must have experience in the construction/social housing to be considered.

To provide housing management and tenancy support to residents and their representatives in agreeing appropriate start dates for agreed maintenance and liaise with contractors. The scheme will be doing windows and roofing.

Skill required

To monitor specific cases that are undertaken by contractors to make sure they are performing to timescales set.

* Report writing
* Attention to detail
* Work within guidelines
* Good communication skills
* Confident in speaking with public and management
