My client who is a reputable social housing contractor is looking for an experienced TLO to join their team. Must have experience with working on upgrades

The client is looking for a candidate that has good communication skills with social housing tenants and liaising with other work colleagues. You will be working closely with the site managers and other seniors.

Duties

To provide housing management and tenancy support to residents and their representatives in agreeing appropriate start dates for agreed maintenance and liaise with contractors, you will be dealing with complaints and enquiries ensuring all communication between the clients are met. The scheme will be doing wet room scheme across three areas over Manchester

Skill required

* To monitor specific cases that are undertaken by contractors to make sure they are performing to timescales set.
* Report writing
* Attention to detail
* Work within guidelines
* Good communication skills
* Confident in speaking with public and management

Rate if pay is around £13.50 an hour depending on experience. This is four year contract with the look go permanent over a 12 week probation period

Must have a full clean driving license
