An independent housing association are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join their team in Liverpool - Temp

Duties will include:

* Responsible for dealing with customers, visitors, and 3rd party stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
* Support customers, responding to their requests
* Liaise with teams, including Operational Planning and Service Improvement, to resolve any building issues
* Collate data from customers
* Undertake risk assessments
* Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
* Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
* Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety

What skills do I need?

* Experience of decanting properties is ideal
* Knowledge of Orchard systems is desirable
* Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
* Effective planning and organisation skills
