A Top 10 UK house builder are currently looking for a Trainee Architectural Technician to join their team in Liverpool.

This rapidly expanding residential developer have been established for over 80 years and have revenues exceeding £1 billion. My client have established themselves an excellent reputation within the industry, building in excess of 1000 homes each year in the North West within the A* builders category with few reportable items.

My client are committed to adding new talent to the team and training and development opportunities at this company are outstanding.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual, keen to learn and progress within the residential sector. You will be studying (or about to study) a HNC (or similar) in Construction. The company will pay a basic salary of up to £18k but will also cover any course tuition fees.

You will get involved with all aspects of the Architectural role including planning, building regulations, working drawing packages and liaising with site and sales teams, solicitors etc.

Some experience of REVIT would be useful but isn't an essential requirement for this position. Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on a Friday. The client will accommodate for study days as necessary.
