Salary: £38k+3600 car allowance

* Building Careers are currently working with one of the largest social housing contractors in the Northwest. Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a Voids Manager. You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality repairs service whilst ensuring compliance with all legislation and regulations. This role will involve leading a team of operatives working on void properties across the local area.



This role will involve:

* Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors
* Act as the main point of contact for the customer in relation to void turnaround
* Develop and monitor performance, ensuring continual improvements in customer satisfaction
* Effectively managing and motivating a team of 20+ operatives
